Unbound is the UK’s first 24/7 reformer Pilates studio. We combine the convenience of on-demand workouts with live, instructor-led sessions to suit every experience level.

We offer a mix of live instructor-led sessions and on-demand workouts. 

Instructor-led classes: Held twice daily, these are classic instructor-led sessions taught by an expert teacher. The classes will vary week to week and are perfect if you'd like some hands on guidance to improve your form.  

On demand classes: At each reformer bed there is an accompanying screen with Bluetooth headphones. Within this screen you have access to over 800 pre-recorded, expert led classes covering every type of movement you can imagine. From the beginners series to expert level classes and even specific muscle targeting classes, there is something for everyone.  

No experience is necessary but if you are new to reformer, we recommend you try one of our instructor led sessions to begin with.

However, our screens also have introductory classes that will take you through every part of the reformer bed. 

Absolutely! Our on-demand platform gives you the freedom to pick classes that fit your goals and pace. It’s like having a private instructor—choose from beginner to expert sessions, or focus on the areas you want to strengthen most.

Our on demand classes offer the highest level of flexibility.  They can be booked at any time there isn't an instructor led class.

You can book anything from a 5 to 60 min class and can choose the start time to suit you.

For example if you want to book for 8:15am and only wanted to do a 15 minute class you’re more than welcome to. We just ask you to please only book for the time you need so that the reformer is free for the next person to use.

Once you have either reserved a reformer or booked an instructor class, you will be able to unlock our smart lock using the Unbound app.  
Please note, the studio can only be unlocked up to 15 mins before your session to ensure the best availability for all of our members.

• Unlocking the studio: Use the Unbound app to access the studio. Your attendance will be automatically recorded. If you follow someone else in without using the app it will result in being marked as a “no show.” See our cancellation and no-show policy for more details.

• Get ready: Hang your coat, remove your shoes and store in the shoe storage unit to the right of the front door.

• Find your reformer: Head to the reformer that corresponds to the one you booked through the app.

• Wait for the previous member to finish: If you arrive before your booking time and someone is still using the reformer, please take a seat until they finish up and your slot begins.
